Continued use of the Service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.
All content, design, trademarks, text, graphics, and software available on the SavvyEatsClub platform are the exclusive property of True American Beauty LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any material from the site or app without express written consent from SavvyEatsClub.
SavvyEatsClub provides access to third-party offers and is not responsible for the quality, availability, or accuracy of any products or services offered by partner venues.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
All discounts and offers are subject to availability, and each participating venue may set its own redemption rules.
SavvyEatsClub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect any fraudulent activity, misuse of discount codes, or violation of these Terms or related policies.
Upon termination, any active subscription may be cancelled without refund in cases of confirmed fraud or abuse.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
All disputes arising from or related to SavvyEatsClub shall be resolved through negotiation or binding arbitration in Raleigh, North Carolina.
By using the Service, you agree that North Carolina courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matter related to these Terms.
