Upon termination, any active subscription may be cancelled without refund in cases of confirmed fraud or abuse.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
All disputes arising from or related to VALE! shall be resolved through negotiation or binding arbitration in Raleigh, North Carolina.
By using the Service, you agree that North Carolina courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matter related to these Terms.
