1. Choose your membership plan (3, 6, or 12 months) in USD.
2. Complete payment securely via Stripe.
3. Receive your unique discount code by email after payment confirmation.
4. Show this code at participating venues in the U.S. to redeem your discount.
5. Each code can be used once per venue during your subscription period.
By subscribing to or using VALE! services (the “App” or “Website”), you agree to comply with these Rules of Use.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. By using VALE!, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States.
VALE! provides a subscription-based membership that grants access to exclusive discounts at participating restaurants, beauty salons, bars, and leisure venues across the United States.
Each subscription includes a unique discount code, sent to your registered email after payment.
This code must be presented at the venue to redeem an offer and is valid once per location.
All memberships automatically renew at the end of the current term unless cancelled prior to renewal.
You will receive a renewal reminder via email before renewal is processed. You may cancel at any time through your VALE! account settings.
Refunds are available only if no offer has been redeemed and the discount code remains unused.
To redeem an offer, present your unique discount code (received by email) to the venue staff before payment.
Each offer applies only to the venue and category listed (e.g., Food & Drink, Beauty & Fitness, Retail & Leisure).
Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
VALE! is not responsible for venue closures or offer unavailability.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and are valid only if the code has not been used.
VALE! reserves the right to deny refunds for redeemed codes or fraudulent activity.
Discounts apply to eligible items only and exclude taxes, service fees, and gratuities.
Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their discount codes.
Codes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be shared or resold.
VALE! may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in misuse, sharing, or fraud.
All content, design, and trademarks are the exclusive property of VALE! LLC.
No part of this platform may be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
These Rules of Use are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
Any disputes arising from or related to VALE! shall be resolved through negotiation or binding arbitration in Raleigh, NC.
You agree that North Carolina courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims.
